I am proud and honored to have been the "ambassador" of Volterra for the National Italian American Foundation's delegation visiting Volterra in June. Many remarked how surprised they were to have discovered Volterra only now... God bless our windy roads that keep mass tourism far afield (well, at least in San Gimignano)...and here's to Volterra being Tuscany's best kept secret... May it last! 🥂
