As a glorious end to our Montalcino outing , we visited the new cellar of one of Italy's most brilliant and visionary winemakers: Roberto Cipresso. A creative soul never rests, and you see it in his meticulous design of wines and interiors. A joy to behold.
Today I finally got to visit one of my husband's favorite Montalcino wineries: Solaria. We were given the warmest of welcomes by Patrizia & Arianna Cencioni.
